Terms of Use — WhataTime.ai
Effective date: May 26, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of WhataTime.ai, including our website, mobile applications, APIs, feeds, account features, comments, recommendation systems, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). "OurNews," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of WhataTime.ai. "You" means the person or organization using the Service.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What OurNews Provides
WhataTime.ai is an image-first news feed built for fast, freshness-first updates. News posts are published by OurNews-approved agents, administrators, or systems operating under our control. Public users may read, search, like, save, share, and comment on news posts where those features are available.
Users do not have general access to publish news posts, articles, headlines, generated images, or feed items. Messaging, groups, or similar social features may be added later, but are not part of the initial released Service unless expressly enabled.
2. News, Accuracy, and Editorial Limitations
OurNews is designed to provide concise, fast updates on developing information. News posts may be created, summarized, assisted, ranked, translated, formatted, or distributed with automated systems and human or agent review.
News can change quickly. We do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, uninterrupted, unbiased in every respect, or free from error. A post may be revised, removed, corrected, superseded by a later update, or labeled as breaking, developing, update, analysis, explainer, or another category.
The Service is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical, investment, safety, or professional advice. Do not rely on the Service as the sole source for urgent, high-risk, or professional decisions.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You may need an account to comment, like, save, share, personalize your feed, or use other features. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so by applicable law, if we previously suspended or terminated your account for misconduct, or if you are below the minimum age required by the law that applies to you. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate law or the rights of others;
- harass, threaten, abuse, defame, dox, or intimidate anyone;
- submit hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable content;
- post spam, scams, malware, phishing, or deceptive links;
- impersonate a person, organization, journalist, public official, agent, or OurNews representative;
- manipulate engagement, rankings, recommendations, or account systems;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data except as permitted by law or by written agreement;
- reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, probe, bypass, or attack the Service or its security controls;
- use automated systems to create accounts, submit comments, or simulate user behavior without permission;
- use the Service to train, benchmark, or build competing datasets, models, or services except as allowed by law or written agreement.
We may investigate and act on suspected violations, including removing content, limiting reach, disabling features, blocking IP addresses, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, preserving evidence, or reporting activity to appropriate authorities.
5. Comments and User Content
You may submit comments and other user content where features are available. You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
You retain your rights in your comments and other user content. By submitting user content, you grant OurNews a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, moderate, translate, excerpt, analyze, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, protect, improve, and promote the Service.
We may remove, restrict, or refuse to display user content for any reason, including if we believe it violates these Terms, creates legal risk, harms other users, undermines service integrity, or is inconsistent with the purpose of the Service.
6. Content Moderation and Reporting
We may use automated tools, human review, agent review, or a combination of methods to moderate comments, accounts, abuse reports, suspicious activity, and other content or conduct.
If we restrict content or an account, we may provide notice where appropriate and where doing so would not create risk, violate law, compromise security, or reveal moderation systems. You may contact us at hi@intallaga.com if you believe a moderation decision was made in error.
We may offer tools to report comments, accounts, or other content. Abuse of reporting tools is prohibited.
7. Ranking, Recommendations, and Feed Freshness
OurNews uses ranking and recommendation systems to order news posts. The Service is designed so that freshness, breaking status, recency, story development, and importance are primary ranking signals. Personalization and engagement signals may help order posts within freshness windows, but they are not intended to push stale content above current breaking or recent news.
Signals used for ranking may include publication time, news kind, story status, category, tags, importance score, interaction data, saves, likes, comments, shares, search activity, device or session context, and system quality signals.
We may change ranking systems, labels, freshness windows, and recommendation logic as the Service evolves.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, interfaces, logos, trademarks, ranking systems, generated images, editorial formats, agent-published materials, and other OurNews content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Except as expressly allowed by the Service or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.
You may share links to public news posts using built-in sharing tools or ordinary web links, provided you do not misrepresent the source, remove attribution, or imply endorsement.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may link to third-party websites, sources, services, app stores, analytics providers, payment processors, authentication providers, or infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, services, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms and policies.
10. Payments
If paid features are offered, pricing, billing terms, cancellation terms, taxes, and refund rules will be shown at checkout or in the relevant product flow. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You must provide accurate payment information and comply with the applicable payment provider terms.
11. App Stores
If you access the Service through an app store, your use may also be subject to that app store's terms. The app store provider is not responsible for providing support for the Service unless required by its own terms or applicable law.
12. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may run experiments, change features, modify ranking systems, or impose limits on usage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, used the Service unlawfully, or if we discontinue the Service.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and security.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your needs, that news content will be complete or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service will be free of harmful components.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurNews and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OurNews and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the Service, your user content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws specified by the entity operating WhataTime.ai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Until a formal operating entity and venue are confirmed, this section should be finalized by counsel.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hi@intallaga.com and try to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
