U.S. rejects Iran TV claim of a Hormuz draft deal

Washington and Tehran are not signing the same napkin yet. Iranian state TV says there’s a draft to reopen Hormuz; the White House says that is not the deal, while talks continue. In diplomacy, apparently even the rumor has to clear customs.
