U.S. says eastern Pacific strike killed two men

The U.S. military says it struck another vessel in the eastern Pacific, killing two men it alleged were involved in drug trafficking. It follows a similar strike a day earlier that killed one person and left two survivors. The public record is still thin; the deaths are not.
